Click on “E-shop” on the bar above. Begin the purchase.
1. Select the category. By clicking on the list of categories on the left or on an icon of the category on the right.
2. Select a product by clicking on image or by clicking on „Select option“.
3. Select the weight of the packaging from the drop-down menu. E.g. 25 g, 100 g, 1 kg etc.
4. Select the required packaging from the drop-down menu „Quantity“ or colour in the category “Colour”.
The price is the same regardless of packaging or colour. The price for your quantity and packaging will be recalculated automatically.
5. If you want to purchase one packaging of the product selected, click on “Add to cart”.
6. If you need more than one packaging, enter the amount by clicking on “+”. Then click on “Add to cart”.
7. To continue shopping, click on “Continue shopping”.
8. To complete your purchase, click on “Proceed to checkout“.
9. In “Billing details“ (invoicing data), fill in your data, such as first name, last name or company name (in the case of an order on behalf of a company) and company registration number, delivery address, phone and e-mail.
10. If the address of delivery is different from the invoicing address, provide the former under „Shipping address“.
11. Should you have any special requests or remarks regarding your order, use the field „Notes“.
12. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
13. The part “Your order“ on the right contains the summary of your order.
No transportation fee is charged for deliveries within the Czech Republic and Slovakia for orders valued at over CZK 1,777, in the case of advance payment. In the case of payment for the goods upon delivery you only pay COD.
14. Select the form of delivery under „Shipping“.
15. Select the form of payment under „Payment“.
Should you wish to pay in advance, select any of the following:
a) Bank transfer
b) PayPal
c) GoPay
16. Should you wish to pay upon delivery, choose „Payment on delivery“.
17. Having selected the form of payment and delivery, click on „Order“ . Your order is acknowledged and accepted for processing. You will receive our order acknowledgement by e-mail.
In the case that you have selected a bank transfer as the form of payment, you will receive instructions for the payment in question via e-mail
